Can I order a catalog or samples?

Yes you can. Please contact Member Service at 800-833-8136 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST.

What is the lead time for orders?

Calendars will be completed and shipped approximately 3 weeks from the receipt of your order or approved proof, if applicable. Inventory is not guaranteed after November 1, 2015.

Will I receive a proof of my order?

Please indicate when ordering if a proof is wanted. Proof will be e-mailed to you within 4 business days. We reserve the right to proof large orders.

Will I receive a total for my order once my online order is placed?

The total cost of your order is not calculated until it is shipped. You will however, receive an order acknowledgment in the mail which will confirm the style ordered, quantity, additional options and unit price.

What is the over/under policy?

Each product is custom imprinted for you. An overrun or underrun of up to 4% will apply. Any overrun will be shipped and we will bill for the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.

Are shipping charges included?

No, actual freight charges will be shown on your invoice.

How do I pay for my order?

The Calendar Coop Center will invoice you as soon as the order is completed. Shipping, handling charges and applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice. Payment due net 30 from invoice date.

How are orders shipped?

Your order will ship from Sleepy Eye, MN, via standard UPS, including AK, HI, and PR, unless you request otherwise.

Can I delay the shipment of my calendars?

Delayed shipment is available at no additional charge. However, by requesting this service you accept that ownership will transfer when calendars are produced and your order will be invoiced immediately with payment due in 30 days from invoice date. Orders are produced at the time of receipt and will be placed into storage until the requested ship date. If it is necessary to remove an order from storage prior to the ship date, a $65.00 charge per item will apply.

How do I know what logos I can use on my imprint?

The Collective Service Mark is available for use by affiliated credit unions. The America’s Credit Unions logo can be used by all credit unions. The Credit Unions for Kids logo can be used on a selection of styles that include a donation to Credit Unions for Kids.
